Agreement
By accessing or using Million VC’s website and services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services
Million VC provides a platform for founders to present pitch-related content and for investors to discover and evaluate opportunities. We may review, moderate, or remove content to maintain quality and safety. We do not guarantee investment, funding, or any particular outcome.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform or other users.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Million VC a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content on and through the Services as needed to operate the product. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.
Fees
Certain features may require payment. Fees, billing, and refunds are described at checkout or in the product. Taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing on the Services constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Million VC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Services is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Million VC against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may modify these Terms or the Services. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a different governing law is required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
